OK people. On Wednesday June 9th, I am playing some music and doing some drawing at an event called 'Heavy Pencil East'.

I will be playing songs especially written for the night, with my best friend Tom, who I do the podcasts with (tomandjim.co.uk).

It promises to be quite a night as also drawing and playing their own songs will be Nick White of 'People I have never met and Conversations I have never had' fame, and Andrew Rae of Peepshow fame. Also, Luke Best of Peepshow will be playing some records.

It's going to be brilliant. See the flyer below for further details.

Hope to see you there.

Hello.

I have just done this cover for The Festivals Guide that was available in The Guardian this weekend. I am really please with the print quality. The colors are a good match to the original drawing.

Also, I have done a new design for a T-shirt with Collective Edition. I have worked with them before and I think they are great. Their website is really nice. Lot's of good tees. www.collectiveedition.com. To see the tees, go to the COMMERCIAL section.

I have a piece of work I did for a business card for MTV also in the COMMERCIAL section.

And last but not least, I have done a new print with Landfill editions. They had a brilliant room at the Pick Me Up art fair at Somerset House full of prints and mini books by lots of different people, all of which are printed on the Risograph machine. They had live demonstrations of how this amazing machine works there too. I love the print quality of the overlying colours. I have a comic being printed with them very soon. This print is also in the COMMERCIAL section.

Loads of stuff I can't tell you about yet, which is annoying, but keep coming back, and I will be abel to show you soon.

I have a new piece of work in the EDITORIAL section. The New York Times magazines asked me to do spot illustrations for a column over a four week period.

A couple of weeks ago, I was in New York with some of the students I teach on the 2nd Year at Brighton University. I took 2 groups of about 15 to Mike Perry's studio in Brooklyn over 2 days. While we were there, we painted a mural on his wall. It was a brilliant project. Thanks Mike.

Hello.

It's been a long time. I apologize.

Lot's of new things in the EDITORIAL section, some new SKETCHBOOK pages, and last but not least, my venture into the world of animated gifs.

I did a bit of animation while I was a student, and these gifs have reignited the flames. I want to do more. Click on the 'full project button at the bottom of this post to see more gifs.

More coming very soon.

Thanks.

Hello.

I collaborated with the incredible Andy Rementer for the 'If You Could' exhibition.

We produced a series of drawings that we then compiled into a zine.

It's been a long time.

This month there is a new zine for sale on the SHOP section. It is the third issue of NOT THIS WORLD. There's only 50, so get your copy right now.

There is some work that I did for a pitch for Diet Coke that sadly didn't get picked, but you can see what I did in the COMMERCIAL section.

Also in the COMMERCIAL section there is a book cover I did for Popular.

There are some pieces of work that I did for an exhibition in Denmark called 'This is the end of the World as we know it'. I did 2 pieces and you can see them both in the EDITORIAL section.

In the SKETCHBOOK section there are some experiments in photoshop coloring that I have been working on recently for a bit of fun.

And finally, the image for you to look at here is a screenprint I have done for Landfill Editions.

I hope you enjoy looking at all of this stuff.
